Park Engineering provided the City of Daly City construction management services, which included resident engineering, construction inspection, administrative support, and materials testing, including completing all award packages, federal fund invoicing to Caltrans, contract administration and project close-out.

Mission Street Streetscape Project
Park Engineering, Inc. provided construction management for this $1.4M project on a major arterial.  Project work consisted of bulb out & curb ramp improvements, landscaped median widening with new irrigation & planting, roadway base repairs and slurry seal, new traffic striping/pavement markings, high visibility crosswalks, decorative pedestrian street lighting, and pedestrian safety signage improvements along Mission Street from Crocker Avenue to Templeton Avenue.

Central Corridor Bicycle & Pedestrian Safety Improvements (Federally Funded)
Park Engineering, Inc. provided construction management services to the City of Daly City for this $2.3M federally funded project that included curb and gutter construction, pavement repairs, thermoplastic traffic striping and pavement marking installation, new curb ramp & sidewalk installation, storm drain system upgrades, utility box adjustments to new grade, bridge deck modifications, and traffic signal upgrades, rapid flash beacon & speed feedback installations. 

John Daly Boulevard Streetscape Improvements (Federally Funded)
Park Engineering, Inc. provided construction management services to the City of Daly City for this $3.5M federally funded “Complete Streets” improvements project to encourage multimodal travel on John Daly Boulevard between Mission Street transit hubs and the Daly City BART station.  The project work included installation of Class II bicycle lanes, ADA compliant curb ramps, and a widened and buffered sidewalk with seating.  The project also includes reduced medians, decorative sidewalk, decorative streetlights, new signalized intersection, base failure dig out repairs, complete grind and HMA overlay of project limits, new storm drain systems, new recycled water irrigation system, new landscaping, and new stamped AC decorative crosswalks at all locations.
