Park Engineering was founded in 2013 with the vision of providing the highest quality construction management, construction inspection, program/project management, project controls, and contract administration services to public agencies on transportation and infrastructure projects.
We have expertise in delivering projects for local agencies that include new roadway and street improvements, bridge replacements, widenings and retrofits, streetscapes, water and sewer lines, buildings, pump stations, signals and lighting, and working in sensitive environments. Our expertise includes administering construction projects to Caltrans Standards and Local Assistance Procedures and administering projects that receive funding from multiple sources, including federal, State, local tax measure, special grant and local funds.
Park Engineering is led by Jaemin Park and Steve Patterson as the principals of the company. Our company is comprised of experienced professionals who have worked together for numerous transportation and local agencies throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Our collective project experience includes roadway rehabilitation and repaving, streetscapes including street lighting and signals, sanitary sewer and storm drains, bridge rehabilitation, retrofit and replacements, railroads and grade separations, and many other public projects constructed to local, Caltrans and Federal requirements.
Jaemin Park has over 25 years of experience providing project management, construction management, construction administration, and design of highway, bridge, building and public works infrastructure projects throughout California.
Steve Patterson has over 25 years of experience in construction of highway, roadway, structure and other infrastructure projects. He has worked in the capacity of Project Manager, Resident Engineer, Construction Inspector, and Office Engineer.
